Paper is becoming a popular material for packaging structures. However, it is not equipped on its own with those technical functionalities that are essential to be selected for packaging of most applications.

CLASSPACK® offers with its laminate of "PLA" FILM + KRAFT PAPER an effective solution providing the paper with these characteristics that it lacks: sealability, resistance to tears and perforations, effective barrier against water and mineral oils.

Furthermore, with the CLASSPACK ® laminate on Paper/Film you obtain a structure entirely manufactured from renewable resources, with two possible end-of-life options: recyclability in the paper flow, depending on the cellulosic content and the specific regulations of the country , and/or industrial compostability as long as compostable paper is selected.
